Return & Refund Policy

1. SneakerUnited will gladly accept returns for regular-priced merchandise within 30 days of the shipping start date. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

2. For all online orders, Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at service@sneakerunited.com. Please allow 1-2 business days after the request has been submitted for return authorization. Returns (in-store or return mail) WILL NOT be accepted without prior written authorization.

3. If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. Cash on delivery is not accepted, otherwise, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

4. To be eligible for a return, all items must be unworn, unused, and with all original accessories, tags, and undamaged packaging. Any products that do not satisfy these conditions may be rejected. Products that affect secondary sales will not be refunded.

5. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Refunds will only be issued if the products are returned in their original box and packaging, and the box must be free of any shipping labels, tape, or markings.

5. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

6. SneakerUnited does not accept the return of any sale, discounted, or promotional items.
All Release Products are FINAL SALE.
Additionally, the following items are non-returnable:
- Gift Cards
- Shoe Care Products
- Single Use Products

7. In addition, in the event we reasonably determine that a purchased product that might otherwise be eligible for return was ordered through the use of a robot, or other automatic device or software, we reserve the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, to refuse any such return, to refuse to offer any refund, and/or to charge a restocking fee (equal to 20% of the order subtotal).

8. Order deliveries refused by the recipient are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. The original shipping fee, any return shipping costs, and a restocking fee (equal to 20% of the order subtotal) may apply.

9. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

10. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@sneakerunited.com.


11. Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@sneakerunited.com and we will follow up with instructions for the exchange.


12. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
