A: You can stack our sneaker box in 30 packs. We highly recommend using the provided wall securing straps to avoid tipping and ensure safety.
Q: Where Do You Ship From?
A: We ship from two different locations within the United States (CA & NJ). Final origination of your order may vary based on inventory stock status.
Q: How Long Does Shipping Take?
A: We ship via Fed Ex within the US. Delivery will take between 1-6 days depending on the final destination of the order.
Q: When Will The Order Be Shipped ?
A: Due to the impact of COVID-19, we are experiencing processing and delivery delays. As a result, your order will arrive at the port in 7-10 business days. And be completed customs clearance within 3-5 business days, and the package shall be delivered to you within 5-7 business days after customs clearance.
Q: Can The Sneaker Boxes Be Mounted To The Wall?
A: We do not recommend mounting (floating) the Sneaker United to the wall. We include wall straps with each Sneaker United to help avoid tipping issues when Sneaker United are stacked.

The boxes are good quality. Can’t get the LED lights to work yet…not sure if I am doing something wrong or if they are messed up. The instructions contain no information about the LED lights. Very strange. Also, 2 of the magnets that help hold the door close are broken/faulty. So 2 of my boxes don’t close right..kind of annoying when you spend this much money on something
